                                                              ESTABLISHING EQUILIBRIUM

Professor Susan Athey receives the Clark Medal while her children look on
Balancing the demands of career and family can be challenging but rewarding.
Any meaningful discussion of the ethics of contemporary labor must include the challenge of balancing home and work life. Both exert, often simultaneously, compelling claims on our time. Learning to balance those claims - knowing when time spent with one's children needs to take precedence over any other task, or conversely, understanding when the claims of work precede all others requires establishing a certain emotional and professional equilibrium.

CLARENDON CARE GROUP provides strategic counsel for professionals and others seeking such equilibrium. We provide neutral assessments of your current professional status and career trajectory. We also provide guidance on charting a  specific career course which can accommodate the twinned demands of work and family life. For more information email lorraine[at]clarendoncaregroup dot com.
